well it really depends on what you and your girlfriend decided to do with other people while you're on your break. you can't take back what already happened, but maybe ask your girlfriend what the "guidelines" were for the break up. you both may even share the same view points.

it depends on what your break guidelines entail. if it is a break-up break, then you are in the clear but if you just needed some time apart, then that, in my opinion, would still be considered cheating!
