Any good CD/DVD coping programme should do it such as Nero 6 or 7. If the CD is copyrited you need a copy of "CloneDVD2". That will sort out that issue.

Try using something like Alcohol 52% or Alcohol 120% to create an image of the CD on your hard disk. You can then mount the image in a virtual CD drive to save you having to use your original disk or can burn the image to a blank CD-R for backup.

Get a CD burning program capable of whats call RAW write....
normal copy wil just copy files.....raw write makes a mirror image of that drive containing all the file any hiddes data or files. all in the original place....
