Cooking does not get any easier than this!
Place 3-4 frozen skinless/boneless Chicken breast in your cooker. (I use the breast you get frozen in the bag). Mix 2 cans Rotel Tomatoes, your choice on kind-I use original, and 1 package (dry) taco seasoning. Pour over frozen chicken and cook 6-8 hours. The chicken will shred with a fork after 6-8 hours. My family and I use this for soft tacos or quesadillas. Enjoy!

1 Chuck roast---about 3 lbs.
1 envelope Lipton (dry) onion soup mix.
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Spread cream of mushroom soup over meat and then sprinkle the dry onion soup over this. Cook on low about 8 hrs or high about 5-6. May need about 1/2 cup water in bottom to start. It will make it's own gravy as it cooks otherwise. Can add potatoes and carrots alongside and put same stuff on them for a complete and simple and EASY dish.

Any meat does really good in a slow cooker. I personally enjoy ribs because a good 4 hour (low) cook makes them tender enough to fall off the bone.
I use mine mostly to prepare cheap cuts of meat with a good marinade.
