I bought a new pc at christmas and got the free upgrade offer. I have gone to the web site and registered, filled all the information in and sent them payment.
when i check up on the status all it ever says is COA validated!
Has anyone received thires yet, and how long did it take?

Did you pay for a CD copy or a Download Copy?
If you have a Key, then a Dowload should work. I would definitely be ringing them to find out

it took 3 days. i sent it back to the manufacturers.
