Basically you need to find an unsweetened cereal and I'll list a few:
Special K
Cheerios
Corn flakes
Chex
Total
But keep this in mind too, cereal isn't that high in fat, but what makes it increase is the milk... so they recommend using 1% or skim milk. But if you're a milk drinker and like 2% or whole milk, than I would choose either of those brands and just add a fresh fruit like bananas or strawberries to it. Oatmeal is an excellent healthy hot cereal because it has fiber, it's whole grain, and reduces cholesterol when you eat it frequently. Also what I do is always look at the nutritional chart and it will tell you what vitamins are in it, folic acid, the caloric content and so on. My personal favorite is mini wheats because even if it's frosted, it is wheat, and it's a whole grain as well and it's fiber to help digestive regulation, and it has it without the frosting and in other flavors.

You can have a bowl of cereal... Honey Bunches of Oats and Special K with Strawberries are good...
Have a bowl of cereal along with a piece of toast... and a glass of juice or milk.
You can also have a quesadilla with low fat cheese and a bowl of fruit.
Perhaps twice a week you can have an egg and two slices of bacon with one piece of toast.
Try to spice it up here and there that way you wont get bored of eating the same thing all the time!
Good luck :)

Bite size frosted shredded wheat. It has alot of dietary fiber, not much sugar or fat and keeps you full. MMMMMMMM. Or irish oatmeal, it takes a while to cook but it is very good for your heart, it helps to decrease cholesterol, and it contains dietary fiber. It's a delicious hot breakfast, just add a little brown sugar, skim milk, raisins and walnuts (if you like them). So healthy and so yummy.

A healthy brand of granola. Be sure and read the label for extras like sugar content and cholesterol/trans fat. If you don't mind cooking, oatmeal or muesli would be healthy.
