Deuteronomy 18:10-12 -
"There should not be found in you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, anyone who employs divination, a practicer of magic or anyone who looks for omens or a sorcerer, or one who binds others with a spell or anyone who consults a spirit medium or a professional foreteller of events or anyone who inquires of the dead. For everybody doing these things is something detestable to Jehovah, and on account of these detestable things Jehovah your God is driving them away from before you."
There is a New Testament example recorded in Acts 16:16-18.

The Law of Moses had a statement that divination (i.e.: future telling) was sinful, as the guy above me has already mentioned.
And there some passages in Daniel and Isaiah that suggest that asking the stars for advice (astrology) is wrong (Isaiah 47:12-14, for example).
Note that there are New Testament passages that suggest that magic and fortune telling are still wrong under the New Testament (Acts 19:18-20; Revelation 21:7-9 & 22:14-16).

Depends on where you think that ability comes from. If you think it's a gift from God, go with it.
But if you believe Tarot cards and palm reading come from something pagan, then you should stay away. You would be worshipping something other than God, by acknowledging the power of another diety.

No one knows the future but God. I don't know if it's in the Bible, but I was taught that the psychic abilities are not from God. God has been known to give prophecies to certain people but He doesn't give people the ability to tell the future. Don't trust in those kind of things. It gives you a false sense of security and limits your real future.

It's relying on something other than God for guidance, in essense putting faith in another's power. This breaks rule #1 "Thou shalt have no other god but me"
