Wow you are so sweet! But I'd dial down on the affection a lil. do something simple for her, start off with the teddy bear, that way she won't expect too much from you. Wow you sound like a really romantic guy, that's rare in this world.
Good luck

The teddy bear and the roses are wonderful, but the necklace seems like a bit much for only being together for 3 weeks. Save that for next year. But love your ideas!!

It is a little too much, just dinner and flowers or dinner and a teddy bear is good for 3weeks. Then when time has passed and you know she is into you give her the necklace on just an ordinary day, no special day required to show how much you care.

depends on the type of girl she is. Most would probably thing your supper sweet, and would love all the trouble you've gone through. But if they are a little.... weird like me... then you may creep her out b/c you've only been together 3 weeks. I would be. My first thought would be what does he want? of course i'm very suspicious and think that there's a hidden motive behind every action a man does. Could be b/c I've been hurt so much in the past.

WOW! What are you doing on your 4 week anniversary? You are being VERY generous, and that is great. However, make sure you are not trying to BUY her! You want her to like you for yourself, not for what you can buy her.You do realize that you are setting the bar very HIGH for gift giving.I hope she appreciates your generous nature. Have fun, be happy, Hope she is a nice girl.

Why not? Whatever you do for her she should be thankful because you think enough of her to bother with Valentine's Day gifts, just make sure to personalize it and put some thought in it.
Those gifts are kind of typical and standard, but you are thinking of her, and that in itself is sweet. I hope you all have a great time!

If you are positive she is really into you too. If she's kinda taking it slow you might freak her out. The roses and dinner would probably be enough...
