Here are some websites to get you started. I would suggest looking for a class, though. If you are too young to study Japanese, then you can still learn basic vocabulary, hiragana, katakana, and kanji on your own.

best place is japan. I have a friend who when there and he speaks fluent japanese. Only took him 20 years.
