How do I make my hair/dreads grow faster?
Peoples hair grows at different speeds. 1/4" per month is the average I believe. There are 2 things you can do to get your hair to grow faster. Vitamins and stimulation. Take vitamins A and E, pill form works good, you can find them just about anywhere. If you are getting more than enough vitamin e and a in your diet this won't help much but most people are not so it helps a lot. There are also supplements available for hair and nail growth which will work too.
Stimulating the hair follicles helps to. If your hair is already locked palm rolling and rolling the roots in your fingers will work. If you are trying to grow your hair out to dread it brushing it more often will help. I had heard that laying with you head over the edge of the bed and brushing the hair helps because the extra blood can be absorbed by the stimulated hair follicles. It sounds good but I don't know if its true.

Vitamins, protein, amino acids, no blow-drying or heat styling, and use the Garnier Fructese line of haircare products. The fruit acids in this line really do work wonders, it's not just hype. My hair typically stops growing at my waist, but a month after starting the Garnier products I had an extra inch in length, and my aunt who has cut my hair for years commented that my usual small amount of split ends that she trims were not there anymore.

You can't make your hair grow faster or longer than it's "designed" to be. You need to keep hair from getting split ends, though. One thing that WILL make your hair longer is getting dreadlocks, but they're not exactly easy to get out and don't look the same as long, flowing, whispy hair.

Flat iron it and it will seem wonderful on your advertising. no person would be waiting to tell the version, simply by fact that is going to all be right away in any case. If that would not paintings, and it would, attempt to place it in a bun and bobby-pin lower back the layers that don't stay lower back. you additionally can purely placed on it 0.5 up 0.5 down, via getting a barret and pinning lower back the layered components with that. All you may truly do is wait over the summer for it to enhance out. PLEASE do no longer decrease it lower back to the shortest layer. final, detect a clean hair stylist. stable success :]
