Gosh I hate to say it, but Violation Man might have a point. While you could assume the guy is a pervert or dangerous, he might have simply been trying to let you know that he's behind you so don't move back quickly but didn't want to be so harsh as to grab your shoulders. Unless he went out of the way to find your shoulders, give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he was just being polite and letting you know he was behind you.

Because he fancies you SIMPLE, unless God forbid he was dusting the dandruf off your shoulders. Sorry, only joking. In any event, if he was only passing, he sounds like at least a gentleman. think about body language. its an unusual place for his fingers to be. i think it has sexual connotations, i would tel him to buzz off. gives me the impression he is a member of the WHS, for the un-innitiated .. Wandering Hand Society. if he does it again, shout out, so everyone can hear and tel him to keep his hands to himself, if that dusnt work report him to your boss.
