Use your imagination. For example if you meet a guy named Paul and he happens to be tall and skinny - think of him as pole. Or a nice middle aged woman named Martha-associate with mother. your name is Larry. If you have a deep voice I would remember your name by thinking of larynx, and so on. Just think of what is special and interesting about a person and make a conection to his/her name. Good Luck!!!
By the way, my name means blessing. you may remember that by remembering that I blessed you with memory ;-)

Hi Larry. I am really good remembering the names of the people I meet. Everytime I meet someone for the first time and they give their names I tell them nice to meet you and I say their names afterwards. Then, I repeat it 4 times in my head, I create a sentence in my head with their name and it makes it easier for me to remember them for the future.

Hope it helps

Larry, I wish I could help you on this one, I am the worlds worse on remembering peoples names. That's the reason they put my name on my drivers License, so I wouldn't forget.

Get a wife. My husband is 'using' my memory to greet people on social events.
