I have no hair on my upper lip thank god but, I see a lot of women with a mustache kudos to you for waxing I hate when women let it grow out.

Luckily I am fair skinned, so the hair is very unnoticeable unless I am looking up close in the mirror. It still bothers me though, so I shave it off. (I am too big of a wimp to do the waxing! I get my brows waxed once a month or so and I can barely stand that!)
Anyhow, it's just an old wive's tale that hair grows in thicker, darker and more coarse every time you shave it- I've been shaving it for years and it grows back baby fine and very light every time.

I think all women at some point have hair on the upper lip. You can buy an electronic hair remover for the face. It's about the size of a pencil and works great. Probably could find one at a drug store.

I don't have too...I don't have any hair on my upper lip nor does any of my 3 sisters, but I do have a few friends that MUST wax because the hair grows very thick..

Good Luck!

I wax too. The hair is soft and very fine on most people, but if you have naturally darker hair, ofcourse, it shows up more. A friend of mine does hers too and two women I worked with admit to doing it. I bet it happens more than is said.

There are a lot of us women out here that have hair on the upper lip as well. Just like you, we do something about it. That's the reason why you don't see many with their out in the open.

I have very fine white/clear hairs on my face, but you don't notice it unless shining a light or looking at a weird angle (with said light). Other women either wax or have lasar hair removal.

I don't have any hair there - or not that can be seen with the naked eye anyway. But I am very fair-skinned with strawberry blond hair. Most of the women I have seen with noticeable hair on their face were dark-skinned with dark hair, so I would venture to say it's genetics.
