Of course it is. Just look in the yellow pages or on the internet for "Beer and Wine Supplies." Beer is fun and easy to make. The most critical part is making sure that everything - especially the bottles - is VERY clean!

Yes and if you check there are many brew clubs you can join. My brother is in a club and they get together once a month for tasting and run field trips to conventions.

Yes it is.. My dad does every year.
Not sure about the laws of age to make it though.
In Texas if you are under age but your parent is with you they can buy you a drink at a restaurant.
