Deacon's qualifications are primarily spoken of in 1 Timothy and in Acts. There are NO Deaconesses spoken of in the BIBLE. The deacons are to administer to the needy (Acts 6:1-6). They are to be servants (1Timothy 3:13). It is a distinctive work according to Phillipians 1:1. Have a great week.
