Gosh, you must be put to death, did you see that? =0)
Would this fall under "mysterious ways"? As in, why are some of God's followers complete whack jobs?

LOL I'm a Christian, and I can tell you, I have no idea.
I do know that it's kind of complex. The nature of Christianity is to believe that there is ONE God, and ONE way to him. To acknowledge that that God doesnt' work for some is actually hypocritical, since you believe in the ONE there can't be others for other people.
Something I wish my brothers and sisters COULD understand, though, is that a lot of modern ways of spreading the Word of God, or trying to convert non-believers, is ineffective, because it takes into account that they start out with some basic belief in God or in the Bible.
What SHOULD be done is to work from the non-believer's standpoint in some way, and to SHOW them the right way, instead of pointing out chapter and verse to people who see it as nothing more than words...
Just my opinion, though.

Thank you! I don't break the law when I chew gum in America just because it is illegal in Singapore, I don't commit a sin when I don't pray to Jesus, because his laws exist for his followers. I am a good person, and I live a good life, just not in the belief of Christianity. Whether it may be true or not, we really don't care, we find it annoying and occasionally offensive but it doesn't make us feel guilty or worried.

well normally i would agree, but some of those rules happen to be pretty good ones. not really the "i am the only god" one - and that's the one that we're breaking, but the other ones happen to be pretty on par with societal norms. so i guess i agree, because the rules that they say we are breaking out of the commandments are pretty dumb (to me) but the rest of them are the basis for what society has decided is correct

Breaking who's law? Moses? If you are a non-believer and you know that. You don't have to answer to anyone. God is who you will have to ask this question too.

Indeed.
I'm in the bleachers, watching their god vs. the devil football game.
Neither the referees, the team owners, nor the coaches get to call penalties on the spectators.

It does not much good unless the person saying it lives such a Holy Spirit filled life that the other person will want what they have also.

yes, and shame on them for thinking they are gods themselves and judging us. they shame their god through believing they have a right to condemn. when isnt god the only judge of people?
even when they thumbs down, they show they have the right to cast a negative vote against another of gods children. whether we are lost or not, to judge inferior is to claim yourself a god with the right to judge.
I prefer to not be bound by contradiction and be free from the shame.
once again the contradiction of the holy rises its ugly head.

your premise contains a fatal error.
Christains do not tell you that you are breaking one of THEIR "rules" or "commandments".
rather, that you are breaking God's "rules" or "commandments".
Christians have NO "rules" or "commandments" without God.
and, you ought to be VERY concerned about breaking God's "rules" or "commandments".
if that does not bother you, you are in deep
doo-doo.
