I potty trained my daughter (who had just turned two) in 5 days by buying her a large orange soda (a special treat that I knew she would drink!), taking her home & letting her run around naked. I sat the potty chair in front of the TV (yes, I know---I'm a terrible mother) and warned her not to potty on the floor. She only had one accident that day, none the next, and went back to daycare 5 days later in panties (NOT training pants)!

When you wake her up first thing in the morning, put her on the pot before she even opens her eyes. You’ll get the “morning pee”. Then heap praise and hugs and kisses for a job well done peeing in the potty. Give a food reward if you are going the food reward route. This way she will start to know what is supposed to happen while she’s sitting on the pot.

Make her a sticker chart, its working for my two year old! Make a simple potty chart and when she goes potty let her put a sticker on the chart! I recommend keeping the chart real simple (not like a graph or anything), top half of page for peeing, bottom half for pooping (this way its easier for them to add there own stickers because they have a larger area to work with)! I hung my daughters right above her potty and it makes her feel so proud getting to put a sticker on the chart. After a certain number of stickers in each section give her a special treat (a sucker or ice cream), we do 15 for peeing and 8 for pooping! I learned this from a friend of mine who did it with her two year old and it worked great for her too!!! Good Luck!!
