for valid companies, the BEST of the 3 or 4 tried was CigarettesHouse.net (really helga burns, supposedly; emails sent as from cigarettes-order) but can take 2 months but really decent price, no minimums but just like 2 cartons min. Great email service replies. Only 1 carton was missing out of like 6. Still cheaper. She seemed to not believed the box only had 1 & ot 2 in it. Whatever. Still a savings. The faster 2.5 week one charges 17.65% which was dutyfreedepot but has a phone open 2a.m. until 4pm Sun-Thursday in Philippines unlike CigarettesHouse.net, which is via email olny. DutyFreeDepot.com ca be even ordered all over the phone but was the priciest, though fast. Also there is cheapcigarettes.com with a morning phone only open M-F 9 a.m. EST until noon. UK, the slowest, at 2.5 months, but also the cheapest -- only the min. order is 2, but i would order like 3 0-- do NOT order a huge 100.00 because the morons will ship each 1 of each flavor in a separate carton-shaped box so it is intercepted & never reaches you. Though they said they would replace the 7, 3 months later (confirmed held up in USPS international shipping center, aka US customs). Now theyare ''test shiping'' to replace 2 of the 7 they owe! WTF? Scary part is they ONLY take bank debit, & ot credit cards like the others. Yikes, the 30-day refund window for debits is shorter than the 2 months or 6-8 weeks it takes to ship them to us.Umph.
USPS makes money from the shipping so it is considered beneficial for commerce for the country we live in, and is rally no different than bringing back liquor or items tax free from any airport, etc. However states get pissed they cannot tax the hell out of it & charge us like 6 or 8 or 12.00 for a 30 or 60 cent pack like at the local store. DONT ever buy from a domestic internet retailer for smokes, as you WILL get burned later with a huge back-tax bill,, like when you buy at an indian reservation from native americans (who are already perpetually poor), -- aint nothing like sticking it to them from the whiteys in congress that smoke cigars, which are exempt of course.-- Oh, the choice words i have.

I have a better, tastier solution for your smokes problem, NO i'm not going to tell you it's a filthy habit. I too enjoy smoking. About a year and a half ago I tryed to quit for the billionth time with no success (go fig?). I finally admitted to myself that I just liked it too much to quit. Then I decided to try making my own smokes. My husband and I went to our local tobacco store and bought a variety of tabacco and filtered tubes and a shooter machine. We have been making our own smokes ever since! They taste better, they last longer and we lost our smokers coughs!!! Here in Ohio we were paying about $4 a pack x 2 a day to keep our habit going. Now we spend roughly $1.75 a day. HUGE difference.

DON"T DO IT!!!!!

I have an ATF record now....just for order a carton of camels.
ALthough i did it internationally.
I purchased it while being legal...and they didnt' ship it/bill me until a week later and it became illegal in that amount of time.

Was no biggy...they just said they confiscated it and i thougth it was an illegal seizure...i could fight it in court.
