I stupidly deleted files that I just realised I needed from my recycle bin!
can I recover them and how?

yeah you can bring it back using the program " Recover My Files " , try to get this program by searching in google or any other search engin, also you can buy one , i've used this program and it works :) , anyway you are not stupid !!

You can go into your recycle bin and restore the items. Once inside the recycle bin right click on the file that you want. Then choose the restore option.

Look for software for recovering deleted files.. There are a few free and cheap programs you can get...

If the above solutions don't work, take the PC to a data recovery specialist, they may be able to get the files back from the hard drive.
