BUT I DON'T HAVE MUCH MONEY AT ALL... COOKING HIM A NICE DINNER ISNT GOOD ENOUGH... I DO THAT ALL THE TIME... ANY SUGGESTIONS???

You could blindfold him and have one of your girlfriends perform oral sex on him while you kiss him, that wouldn't cost you anything and would be fun for everyone involved and a real surprise for him.
