Correction we have the Pirramimma Petit Verdot. But my Australia section is busting at the seams. I'd like to flesh out the Italy, Germany and South African sections.

I know you don't like Wine Spectator very much, but as you know their top 100 list really helps to sell those wines.

Two readily available and best selling wines from that list here in Alberta are the 2006 Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc and the 2003 Pirrammima Shiraz.

ADDENDUM:

From Italy: any 2001 Brunello should be a fairly easy sell.

From South Africa: my favourite is the Kanonkop Paul Sauer. It's an elegant Bordeaux blend that smells and tastes like a St. Julien, at half the price.

While it's not even sold in this state, get me a bottle of Crantasia (cranberry schnapps). Throw it in the general direction of California. I'll be waiting. :)
