The answer is 28. something, but as a chef my advice is either to use a 25g to 1 ounce or 30g to 1 ounce measurement. I use 30g and once you stick to that for a complete recipe it will work

There are 28 grammes in an ounce but for easy in recipes they usually convert at 25g.
Hope this helps!

In recipes, they usually say 1 oz = 25 g, it's not an accurate measurement but as long as you stick to one set of weights (ie imperial or metric) your cake or whatever will turn out fine.
In fact, 1 oz is nearer to 28 g.
