He fought, and lost to Brian Mitchell, for the WBA 130 pound title, twice, in the 90's.

Beard held the title for several years but then moved up in weight and he was horrible. He currently is training other boxers. By the way who did Stinson beat in 1976?

i think he is dead by now as he used to box soo long ago.
