so obviously im the admin of my computer but somehow i cant do some changes to it sayin i dont have permission fromthe ADMIN WTH I AM HE WHO YOUR LOOKING FOR AGHHHHHHH how can i fix this please help all i wanted to do was to record my voice on the stupid thing and it woont let me

What version of Vista do you have? The Home versions don't have the policy editor.
