I can't eat anything aquatic, except for salmon (not whole salmon steaks, though.) I don't like raw onions, okra, venison and other game meat, wild foul, squirrel or opossum. I'd never touch escargot, calimari, caviar and anything slimy. Forget about the internal organs of any creature. Blech.

I was born and raised in Russia. The food in kindergartens was the stuff nightmares are made of. If you think your school lunch was bad...
I could stomach a lot of things, but the one dish I absolutely refused to eat (and got punished for!) was a thing I can only describe as carrot casserole. It was pretty much just shredded carrots, with eggs or flour or something to keep it together. It was baked, so the top was browned. If you've ever bitten into a mushy cooked carrot, it tasted like that, except ten times more intensely. If you're not convinced of its grossness, just throw a carrot into an oven, brown it, and take a good bite of it. Gnarrrls!

All meats and fish because I'm vegetarian, although not just because of the animal welfare issues; I cannot bear the smell nor taste of meat or fish. It makes me hurl. How anyone would want to eat anything that smells and tastes like cat food I don't know!
I also have a phobia of celery. Can't stand the smell, can't eat it, and can't touch it with my bare hands. Even the thought makes me feel nauseous.

I don't do slimy food, at least that is my excuse when the kitchen ladies at work tries to make me eat their mank!
There are two things I really do not like and for me it is because the smell makes me want to vomit. Honey and Coffee YUK.
I work in a school nothing makes the kids eat veggies quicker than telling them horrid stuff about their food I sometimes even drop in true stuff. Example sauteed mushroom = slimy evil fungus, it is like eating fried athletes foot!

It looks like we have similar tastes. And yes, we are fussy eaters. Nothing wrong with that I hate everything you just listed except for beans.

I love almost all food--including liver--but the few things I cannot stand is-- Black licorice and creamed corn--or corn in soup. I'm not a fan of beets but will try them every blue moon.
