First, it's stupid to use it anyway. Even if not for health reasons, because it's illegal. As 10th graders, you can really mess up your lives if you get caught.
OK, that said... yes, if he's on anti-rejection medication, he can die.
Do him a favor and get him to stop. Be a good friend and stop, with him.

First he should not since he's on medication. Lord knows what the drug interaction would be. There has been a lack of studies on the full affect of pot because researcher has a difficulty accessing it due to its legal status. Pot head use this saying there is no evidence since there has been a lack of studies on it. DOn't believe them when they say this. What is known is that it does affect the heart. Heart does affect the kidneys and if he gets high blood pressure from pot it will do damage to the kidneys. You should't do pot no matter what. It does do brain damage and that mechanism has been well documented and is now understood. I think most of the Marijuana handed out by the government is used from studying brain damage from pot.

First thing if you are buying your marijuana off the street I would never trust that stuff!
Another thing is you are not legal to have this. If you would be you would not be sharing with your friends for this is against the rules of your card.
If your friend has any bad reactions to anything you give him you can be arrested. Do you hear this, I am not kidding!! More then likely nothing will happen but if your friend has a bad reaction .....

I have no idea if it would kill him.
That said, for crying out loud, stop smoking pot.
And your friend, the one who was lucky enough to be able to HAVE a kidney transplant (ever heard about the waiting lists for those things), he should be taking care of himself, not looking for ways to harm his already vulnerable body.

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.
They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!
This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.
It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges.

10th grade? Your formative years pal.. I personally would not smoke pot.. Once you get older and feel it's necessary.. then maybe once in a while..but for one.. it's not legal and two.. it's really not good for your lungs.. Don't smoke cigs too.. do you? It would make it even worse. Pot and rejection meds.. If you want to smoke it with your friends.. ask his/her doctor. see what kind of advice you would get from a professional .. not some lay physicians. like us. lol..

Why would you want your friend to smoke pot in his condition ? I think it would not be a wise decision , it could interfere with his other medication and have an adverse affect. If you really want to know, speak to a doctor about this .
