lots of sex without having an orgasm.
keep the sexual tension going, so that you feel a little nervous all of the time... that will reduce your appetite.

Well first of all, fast isn't losing fat, it's losing everything.
First, if you drink lots of soda, fruit drinks, even gatorade, STOP. It's all just sugars, and your body won't bother to use stored energy if you are constantly giving it simple sugars. Unless you are an athlete, water is much better than anything else, you get plenty of salts (electrolytes) in your food.
Second, just eat way less. It will be difficult. There is no portion you can get in a restaurant that is appropriately sized if you want to lose weight. Oh, and don't forget to have a small breakfast everyday, it will actually help you lose weight over skipping breakfast and having a larger lunch. Don't starve yourself to the point you get weak or your stomach is growling, it will depress your metabolism and make you less likely to exercise.
Finally, don't be lazy. When you go to the store, park in the back of the parking lot and walk. Maybe take a few walks every day. They don't have to be fast, just get up and do something and your metabolism will increase. If you already do this then either you are eating too much or you need to exercise more.
Obviously if you really want to lose weight fast you are going to have to take more drastic measures which might not be good for your body, but it doesn't take alot to lose weight, just a conscious effort every day to change your lifestyle.
When it comes right down to it if the energy that you eat (AND DRINK) is greater than the energy you use each day, your body is going to store the rest and you get larger.

Well. . . First of all don't do any fad diets-they don't work! The weight drops off but then it just comes back on. You are recommended to lose about 2-3 pounds a week. You need to eat less, no snacking or sweets. Three small square meals a day, breakfast should be healthy cereal or oatmeal or fruit. Lunch should be salad and a meat. Then dinner should be BEFORE 6.00pm otherwise it will just sit there and turn into fat.
You should be doing about 1-2 hours of exersize a day. Burn more calories than you eat. Good Luck

The problem with that is: you can't lose weight fast.
Well, not if you want that weight to be made up of fat AND to stay off. If you do any unhealthy extreme dieting (prolonged fasts, not eating enough), this can make you break down muscle and lose muscle weight. Also it drops your metabolism and when you start eating again, you gain everything back.
Realistically, you need to be aiming to lose no more than 1-2 lbs a week (except if you are 180-200lbs and over, then you'd lose a bit more).
ANY diet that guarentees weight loss of 7lbs in 10 days means that you're either gunna lose muscle/water weight AND that's it's not gunna be healthy or last.
What you need to start by doing is keeping a log of every piece of food you eat and every exercise you do. This is hard, but do it for at least ONE WEEK. Do not lie on it. Then at the end of the week go over it and see if you need improvement. You can even come back on here and post it or go to a health/weight loss message board or gym and ask them to critique to tell you where you are going wrong.
Before you can find out what to improve, you need to see what you are doing wrong. And to do that, you need to track your progress. Because, honestly, there are MANY reasons why YOU may not be losing weight. And it'd be impossible to address everyone... you can be eating too much, too little, too close together, too much carbs, too little fat, too much fat, exercising too light, exercising too long, not enough, eating too many processed foods, too much sugar.
First off, you need to find out how many calories your body needs to lose weight.
Go here:
http://www.caloriecontrol.org/calcalcs.html
Plug in your info and read the number if gives you. Take off 500 from that number. THAT gives you the amount of calories you need to eat that will 1) Help you lose weight and 2) Maintain healthy bodily function (too little calories can adversely affect weight loss).
Once you have that number, you can aim to eat that much each day. If you get a journal at fitday.com, you can easily plug in your day's worth of diet/exercise. This will tell you the amount of calories you've eaten (it calculates them). ALSO, it gives you the breakdown of protein/carbs/fats. THIS IS IMPORTANT! Quality can be just as important as quantity. Make sure you are eating about 25% protein, 55% carbs, and no more than 20% fat.

It relies upon on what you're prepared to do and how plenty shape you're in. yet cardio exercises and dealing are the fasted and maximum valuable thank you to shed pounds. I did a software the place I ran a million/2 of a mile another day till i'd desire to do 5 miles. So on the top of two weeks I had burned off each and each of the fat around my waist. simply by fact once you run pyruvic acid is released into the muscle groups which breaks down fat cells. you may actual experience fat soften away once you get to the three-5 mile mark. yet like I reported aerobics or working is the fasted and you will see important effects the comparable day in accordance with what you do.

Just because the numbers don't go down might not mean you're not losing weight. You could be replacing it with muscle which is smaller (and healthy) but won't make you weigh less. Try getting a better idea by how well your clothes fit.
Also you need to exercise to lose weight, pretty much 100 percent of the time.

I weigh a whooping 23 stone and 2 weeks ago I cut out everything. All I eat is fruit to snack on, fruit for breakfast and veg and rice twice a day. In the first week I lost 7lbs. I
thought this was a bit much so I looked some informantion on the internet, and I read that to avoid starving myself due to the lack of calories I need to speed up my metabolism. To do this you need to build up your muscles and I do sit ups, press ups, weigtlifting (bottles filled with water!) and lots of other exercises like running on the spot and brisk walking.
I also read that green tea helps to speed up your metabolism.
I have to say I felt a change within a few days. My headaches from the too much sugar had gone and I felt less tired. Its worked for me!

Counting calories is the simplest and most effective way of losing weight without harming your body or causing harmful side-effects. Add some medium-intensity cardio exercises to your diet and you will notice great improvements.
Generally speaking, one pound of fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So for every pound you want to lose per week, you will need to cut 3500 calories from your diet.
A great website to help you figure all this out is:

Good luck!

try eating a diet that is high in protein, grains, and fiber. chicken, veggies, fruits, pasta, breads and so on. dont cook anything in a lot of butter oil or anything that ends up making the food unhealthy. but remember that it is always best to talk to a specialist about any diet because your body is different from everyone else and might need other methods
