My fiancee (20) has mouth issues. his teeth are a mess. What is expecially bothering him are his front teeth. they are very long. What's the best way to go about fixing that?

The obvious is braces. An orthodontist can maneuver teeth like that. They also can file them down some after the braces do their thing.

Since he's older, if he doesn't want to get traditional braces, Invisalign is really a great way to go. He should make a consultation appt. with an orthodontist.

By going to a dentist, of course.

The dentist can file his teeth, if that's needed. Plus take care of all his other dental problems.
