Check out this chart that I found. It tells what Saint Bernards should weigh at certain times. If you look at week 16, your dog should weigh 49 lbs. Looks like he could use a few pounds if he only weighs 37 now. Good luck.

RE:
How much should a 16 week old (4 months) Saint Bernard pup weigh?
And how much should he be fed? I currently feed about 3 to 4 cans of moist food and 3 cups dry.

Saint puppies weigh about one and one-half pounds at birth and grow rapidly during the first year, although it may take as long as three years before they reach full maturity. In your case your puppy should weigh about 20 or 25 pounds as a normal weight. You should feed it about 3-4 times a day until it reaches it's adult hood. Giving your dog moist food will help while it's young, but slowly change to dry food. You can start by mixing them together. Right now thats what you should be doing. You should give it plenty of water so it can digest food faster and keep on a good healthy weight. Drinking water helps maintain the food intake. The more water it drinks the less food it will eat if your worried about it's weight.

If you've found that he's pretty small, then he's pretty small. It looks like you've found some information on your own. And, if he isn't pure-bred, he won't be the average weight. He'll be somewhere in between the averages for whatever he's mixed with. If you look at his paws, you'll get a pretty good idea of his size. Chances are, they aren't the dinner plates that most St. Bernards have as pups.

Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU7eC
A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

He should be between 20-25lbs. 3 cups of dry is enough as long as it's a high quality puppy food, you're totally overdoing it with the wet food!
