If you have ever had sex with a boy where his penis went into your vagina, and YOU AGREED TO THE EVENT, that is the loss of virginity. Loss of virginity is where YOU have made the decision to have sex, a special event, aka "your first time."
However, if you were drunk or drugged, and cannot remember, that is rape, a crime. if you are not in a position to say yes or make the decision (drunk, drugged, threatened by weapon or fists, or whatever) you are a victim of a rape. This would have to be proved in court, which has been a major obstacle since the dawn of time. First, a doctor can do an exam, you would have to answer questions, and law enforcement would take action.
Go to a doctor and find out, they will have nurses and counselors to help you.
(Physically, a woman has a piece of skin in the vaginal area called a 'hymen.' It will probably be there the first time a woman has sex, and will tear and bleed, but not always. Sometimes women will not have one due to physical activity, a fall, injury, etc. It does not mean that they are not a "virgin" if it is not there and a woman did not have consensual sex. )

I'm not sure that actual penetration is the standard for being a virgin. My point is this, if things got close enough that you're not sure any more. Than you aren't.
Frankly if you and your boyfriend regularly practice everything up to the point of actual penetration, I'm not really sure you should consider yourself a virgin anymore.

first off if you are NOT able to decide if you are still a virgin then you are to young to be having sex to begin with......if your b.f. put his penis into your vagina and it hurt you then I'd say that you are not still a virgin any more....as a word of advice enjoy your youth there is so much more to the world and living then just having sex although it is fun and at times is very enjoyable i still wished that i would of waited longer for myself..........GOOD LUCK!
