I don't understand the question. Every society has some words they consider unsavory, but if you are referring to religiously, there are none. There is not one instance in scripture where a specific word is ruled as sin. In addition, it is very important to realize that words are socially unacceptable in some societies, and not others, even when speaking the same language. For instance: "Bloody". In England, it is considered a swear word, but in the US, it is not. It is also important to note that the context of the sentence is sometimes important as to whether or not a word is socially unacceptable. Some places have words that mean the same things, but one word is considered bad, anfd the other, not so much. For instance in spanish: "Floho" and "Rabon". They both translate roughly to lazy, but never call someone rabon unless you are ready to fight.
Loser would be socially unacceptable if the person being called it is not a friend of the caller, I guess, but otherwise, I think you would be ok.

Hahahahahahahaha.
I love you, whoever you are.
It can offend people if used seriously, but mostly it's used among friends. It's not at all dirty; it means that someone just... is a substandard human being.

No, but it doesn't make the other person feel good when you call them that.
