I am on my high school wrestling team, the season is over, and I wanted to still workout at home. What are some good workouts I can do? I only have 5 pound dumbbells and 15 pound dumbbells. Do you have any suggestions? Also I need to lose a bit of body fat before next season next year.

Get a bench.... Pick up some some weights and a dumbbell set.....

You really can't do alot strength training without loads of resistance. You can however build up your endurance with the weights you have now.

Heavy weights with less reps = More Muscles/Strength

Light weights with more reps = Tone/Endurance

By the way, if you are going to get a bench then get a good one.. I hate those tiny little ones that only work with standard size weights. Get one that can use Olympic size. And has leg extensions and maybe a thing for preacher curls. Of course if you do that you will have to get dumbbells that are Olympic size.

For now I'm staying house looking the Yankee sport. after that i might simply cross out & see loved ones or cross watch a few Puerto Rican Day festivities a few blocks clear of my vicinity on the grounds that in these days is Puerto Rican day wherein i reside.

Punch bag - they're a bit expensive but great to keep you fit and take out all your aggression on.
