The Hwt stands for heartworm, fel-iv probably stands for FELV/FIV to infectious diseases cats are always tested for

Every time you go to the vet you should ask exactly what tests are being done, as well as for an estimate of the visit's final cost. If you do this your bill will never be cryptic to you and you will be able to see exactly where your money is going. i would imagine heart worm test but there should be a number on your statement so call and find out. it will probably take less time than waiting for an answer on yahoo.
