quite soar to touch,sqidgy and hard on the inside,what could it be?? get slight headaches too..help.

It is probably blocked pores.The pores become blocked because of the way you sleep ,I know this because i had a squidgy lump on my ear.It really freaked me out until my doctor said it was fine and would probably unblock itself and a lot of white stuff will come out and that would be the end of it.IF YOUR FEELING VERY BRAVE TRY GIVING THEM A SQUEEZE TO UNBLOCK THEM!!IF THEY ARE STILL THERE AFTER A WHILE YOUR DOCTOR WILL UNBLOCK THEM!!!!!!!!!

They could be cysts (sometimes called wens), get them checked out by a doctor.

they may be wens ,they can be very sore to touch if they become infected,and the slighest touch would give you a headache
