I wnt to get back into shape. Everyone is telling me that I look fine already but I want to tone up my thighs and my my butt rounder and I want to have tone stomach. But it seems like I jus tdon't have the will to exercise. I want to but I can't. It's jus that I feel overstocked with school. SATs, and work I just can't start. I haven'y gained any weight I just feel like I need to eat more healthier and excerise more frequently. What can I do to get motivated and execise? I'm too broke to hie a personal trainer.

There are so many people who at one point or another feel the same way about starting an exercise program. Its not easy - but the good news is that once you make it a habit for two or three weeks, it'll start to get really enjoyable and you will actually WANT to exercise. Some cost-effective ways of starting might be to buddy-up with a friend and make a commitment to work out together. I find that compiling a list of your favorite songs and playing them loud while you exercise is a really great jump-start too. For tips and various exercises you can try, use the internet. Or buy one really good fitness magazine for 5 bucks. You can also check your local cable programming for some exercise shows on tv you can follow. Good luck!

Because exercise takes effort, and most of us are burned out from all our other efforts to make one. Try to walk more in your daily activities. Get off the bus 2 steps sooner and walk, or park your car a bit farther away. Get a set of hand-weights and lift during TV commercials or while you're on the phone. Small things add up

try to take 5000 more steps each day. park farther away from where you're going or take the stairs or walk where you're going. I ride my bicycle to work mainly for the exercise. run up and down stairs during a break at work. get an exercise cycle and read your homework while you ride. figure out how you can move more within the confines or your schedule.
