New long distance romance - Valentines Day?

I met a guy 2 states away over Xmas, we really hit it off, had 3 dates and speak about 3x per week. He is coming here in 2 weeks to see me. Any suggestions for how I can acknowledge V day? What does it mean if he does not acknowledge V day? I'm new to this long distance thing. Thanks to all!

I'd say go basic and have a nice dinner and give him a card saying you like him and are glad he came back to see you again. No reason to go over board, let him do that if he desires.
