One day I was shopping for some chicken liver and the store had about 20 cases. The next day their was no more chicken liver. 4 weeks passed and still I could find no chicken liver. I would like to know why the store doesn't sell the liver no more. It makes me wonder about how many people in America eats liver.

I love chicken livers but not that many do eat them. Most of the livers are bought by people using them to go catfish fishing but if the store had that many and didn't have them any more, chances are that no one bought them and they had to be thrown out which is a loss to the store thus the reason they didn't carry them any more.

I eat them regularly and they taste really good; though I do not think on what I am eating at the time. Catfish love them too, but they prefer them raw instead of fried.
