Hi all,
I have a situation- there's a guy that I've known for a while now that I see sometimes, and he used to kiss me on the cheek when he would see me. Then some months ago he started kissing me right on the lips, all the time, when I see him and when I leave. But he's never asked me out, asked me for my number or anything like that. Could it be that it doesn't mean anything, or do you think he's interested and waiting for me to act next? I am attracted to him, but don't want to jump the gun. I'd appreciated your viewpoints. Thanks!

Wow. That is by far the strangest situation I've ever heard of, lol. I honestly don't know what I would do if a random guy I knew or a guy friend of mine started kissing me hello & good-bye on the lips out of no where. I would probably say something after the first time he did it. But that's just me.
You have to say something. This can all be resolved by talking to him. The next time you see him, say something right after he does it. I would say, "So you've been kissing me on the lips for quite some time now. Is there something you want to tell me or are you just being extra friendly?" You know, sound cute & casual about it just in case he freaks out for some reason & really is just a creepily friendly person (well, I would find it creepy if someone started kissing me hello & good-bye on the lips who only views me as a friend).
If he says he is just being friendly & doesn't want to date you, then I'd ask him to stop kissing you on the lips because not only is he sending you the wrong signals, but he's also invading your personal space & crossing the line as a "friend." It's HIS problem is he wants to go around smooching his buddies, but I wouldn't want to be one of them if that's the case.
And if he DOES want to take things to the next level, then great! He definitely knows how to send all the right signals if kissing you was his way of giving you hints that he's interested.

well really think over it. if he hasn't asked you or anything, he might be waiting for you to make the move, some guys are like that. And also i would see how he feels about you. you don't want to keep going thinking about it all the time, when you could be with some other guy making yourself soooo happy. so ask and see what happens, the whole kiss thing could just be a sign of friendship or he might think of you as a family member or something, but find out!

I'd say that he is interested in more than just being friends and is waiting for you to make the next move, because he is unsure if you feel the same, he is not saying the words but rather putting it into action. My advise would be, if you are interested too, then return the kiss with passion and see where it leads.

YOU COULD ASK HIM.. HEY WHY DID it take so long for us to be a couple .. or some thing in that nature.. now he might say something that says you are a couple or he might say that you guys have never been a couple and hes just kissing you for the fun of it.. then thats when you should ask him if you guys are ever going to be a couple ..

this is just my idea, but when he goes to kiss you when you leave, try and see if you can really kiss him.......(if you know what I mean !) if he backs off, he's either shy or only interested in being friends........I liked a guy once and asked him for a b-day kiss....I was scared, but I got my kiss, and kiss, and kiss, and kiss....................wish ya the best !!!!!!!!

Means he is checking you, if you allow him to go further he will do it and then you will be having sex with him. Next time stop him. Means he wants more but without dating dating, just free.
