Is it possible for some one to have an inner sense that stops other people from communicating with them. I know a perfectly normal person that a lot of people will not have any thing to do with as if there is some invisible source saying don't have any thing to do with this person

This person is a very clever person and doesn't have hygiene problems in fact is a very presentable person

People are more sensitive to non-verbal cues than you might think. There are other possible factors, like hygiene, breath, etc.

Is your friend a sufferer of Asberger's syndrome? That can sometimes make them seem cold to other people.
