I have a 10 years old cat, he has had brown spots in both eyes for a few years now, I just started noticing that they were getting bigger. They look almost like they are deep within his eyes. Should I get him to a vet? Or will this not harm him? And what are they?

My cat has them too....they are not harmful unless, like you said, they are getting bigger. It is probabaly a cataract and the chances for blindess are probably high. Because you said they are in both eyes, I would take your kitty to a veternary eye specialists...yes they do exist. If you don't know of one, get a recommendation from your regular Vet.

Sounds like it could be a type of cataract or iris cysts. AKA he could be going blind. See a vet immediately.
