yes they are eggs i have 4 stick insects i only had one and it laid eggs that are the sam colour

Most stick insects deposit indiviual eggs, which typically drop to the ground and are usually a dark color which allows them to blend in. Some however will produce what is known as an ootheca which is probably the egg mass you are seeing. I have never heard of any producing an orange one, but that can be very species specific, you should do some research on the species you have.
