Go to www.nami.org. It is the website of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. There are online groups that are actually divided up by the type of mind illness you have. There are also sites for families of people with mind illnesses. There are even Spanish language sites.

I have Bipolar disorder and often enter the discussions with other Bipolar people. The site is free.

Your on it now, there are a lot of people asking about a variety of disorders here. An actual on line help where you do chat or text messaging,not sure.
