Ever since I was little I was never able to blow my nose. Everytime I tried would result in my ears clogging up, my head feeling stuffy and my nose hurting. When I get sick, the mucos just runs down the back of my throat. I've tried talking to doctors and looking online for answers, but so far I've got none in reply. It's to be getting worse over the years, because now at any given time I cannot for the life of me breathe through both nostrils. Does anyone know what's causing this or how to remedy this? I would greatly appreciate it...

You should definitely seek medical attention, never mind what other doctors told you in the past . Get out the phone book or contact a free consultation line run by your local 'BIG ' hospital, not just some small walk-in-clinic. Then get busy and see an Otolaryngologist . Someone who is a member Diplomat American Board of Otolaryngology .( a specialist); You have an obstruction there perhaps since birth. Find out about it the right way and stop guessing . They go in there and take a look. It does not even hurt, so be a trooper and do this for yourself . I have that on one side of my nose but it is not completely closed . They call it deviated septum .
Answers on line are not thourough enough for that . Get it taken care of. I don't know how old you are but think how it could feel like if you have a problem with your throat and can't breathe .
Good Luck .

ALLERGIES!!! I had the same problem! I didn't do anything about it until I got a very serious sinus infection and had to visit the ER. Don't ever let yours go that far! Sinus infections can be very serious! Whenever I have an allergic reaction to pollen or whatever my nasal passage, and throat become very dry. One thing I have found that works the best is colloidal silver nasal spray! All the other nasal sprays do is moisten it up. The Colloidal Silver Nasal spray actually hinders the growth of bacteria and other bad guys. Allergies can be classified as mild asthma. And thus work in a similar fashion causing your nasal passages to swell and making it harder to breathe through your nose. At least this was the case with me! Everyone is different so not everyone will have the same symptoms. But I'm willing to bet money you got allergies! Try taking some benadryl and I bet you it will provide some relief! Infections will cause a fever usually. Allergies are just very annoying but can lead to infection!

If I was the doc, I'd stick a camera tube down your nose, and then your throat to see if there was anything blocking it. Might be an allergy, or an object stuck in there. You ever have any surgery? They might have left something inside you. It'd be cool to give you a full body scan just to see. no way to tell unless you get a second opinion, that doctor doesn't sound very helpful.
