The morning. That way you get it over with. If I wait to exercise in the PM.....I always make excuses not to do it. But if it's the first thing I do in the morning, I'll get it done. And then feel soooooooo good about myself!

most experts tell you to exercise first thing or as early in the day as you can, but any time you can is fine. if you don't have a lot of time at one stretch, break it up into smaller times, like 15 minutes at a time.

It depends on your own preferences. Different people feel differently about working out at different times because they lead different lifestyles. You just have to see what works best for you.

To burn fat do aerobics first thing in the morning. For strength training after you've eaten and have a lot of energy.
