Hmmm.... I am wondering what the produts you used was called?

Have you ever heard of the serum by Paul Mitchell called "Super Skinny"? That works on wet hair, but lots of people in the salon I work in like to use it after as well.

Also there is a BRAND new product out in our salon, it is called Miracle 10. You put it on wet hair, after shampoo and condition and then comb it through. It is amazing.

It gives hair shine, protectsit from the straightening iron, makes it soft, detangles and conditions, protects against breakage, and does NOT leave any oily residue. You CAN definatley where it smooth until YOU wash it again. I think you will LOVE it. There is a brand new product called "camelia Oil" that does not leave hiar oily or make it dull, and it is in that product, I have noticed it in a few nail products as well.

Good Luck, I know you will love it!!!!

I have really crazy hair that is curly underneath yet because its so long the top part is heavy and doesnt curl up like the underneath thinner hair. So I straighten my hair a lot. I have found that the best way to have my hair smooth and shiny and straight is with a product called garnier fructis sleek and shine. I live by this stuff. You can use it on wet or dry hair so what I do is wash and condition my hair with a shampoo and conditioner for moisture, then I put the sleek and shine in my hair while its wet. After your hair is dry and your ready to straighten your hair you pump just enough sleek in shine into your hand to distribute to the section of hair youre getting ready to straighten, then straighten it. Keep doing that til your whole head is done.

Now as I said this stuff can be used on wet or dry hair and it doesnt mess up your hair style so when your hair is all done and you later notice that it isnt shining like you want it to , you just add a little more to your hands and reapply it. The best part is this stuff does not make your hair all greasy and weighed down.

Another product I reccomend, is called cholestoral, this is like a deep conditioner. Its very inexpensive and if you use it once a week and let it sit on your hair for 15-30 minutes then rinse it, it really helps keep your hair shiney.

i wouldnt take that threat, i might stick with hair protectants and straightening irons. for the reason that my pal has permed her hair approximately over 10 occasions and all have grew to be curly in two weeks. plus it would most of the time upload extra harm to whats already been.

I agree with cosmology that's a terrific product. so is a product Sally beauty supply sells. a straightening serum with aloe. the trick is to use very little of these products. a pea size amount.

oil. Plain and simple. But you dont want to over do it. Just use a light oil on your hair and it will stay shiny for days. Serum is just another word for oil, so experiment with whatever works for you.
