Is it healthy to use on steak?? I see that it contains MSG.

It is ok to use on your steak..I have never used the seasoned McCormik Meat Tenderizer but have used the regular tenderizer. I will have to try the one with seasonings.

it's not healthy because it's loaded with salt but it's fine to use i use it
