vinegar breaks down the proteins in cat urine, helps greatly to REMOVE the smell and prevents kitty from spraying in the same place twice. (may take two cleanings)

none, ya gotta break down and buy the spray and that doesn't leave a very nice oder either, ya can get the spray at earl mays

Lysol will help with cat odors.

go to a carpet cleaning supply store {look in local yellow pages} .they have several in stock.the orange one is pretty good.
