my bankruptcy from 9 yeaars ago is on thier as public record but not in the adverse summary? can this be removed? also I had random cards from department stores but haven't used them in years but they are still listed even tough the accounts are closed - I think- how do I know if they are or not? can I get those of as well?

There is absolutely nothing that you cannot have removed from your credit report if you know what you are doing. The key is knowing what you are doing. As there are 340 laws in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, it is hard for the average person to know how to use them all. That is why there are professionals to help. DO YOUR DUE DILLIGENCE. I cannot stress this enough.
