Talk to him or her more. See what happens after a couple of weeks talking. I have know people who have gotten married after talking online for a bit. They make time to see each other in person and go from there.
Is not unheard off. But you should really talk alot. Because you never know who the other person is until you have gone thru a lot with them even if online.

That's not love, that is infatuation, or lustful desire.
I tried the "Internet date and meet thing" (across country even) more than a few times, and while it was an interesting experience, it was not love, and in time, I realized that.

I am not sure if you really fell in love with your mate but you should try to get to know him and see what his intentions are.

I would try to get to know this person before any advance, preferably through a male friend. Watch out, some peolple just want to abuse you while they seem to be the best person.

I have a niece that married some dude she met on the internet and she married him and he is a nut case. They have separated several times and she always goes back to him; i guess she's as crazy as he is.
