It doesn't matter if she is big or not, its if she "thinks" she is big. Tell her the only thing less attractive than her size, is to be her size and look self conscious about it. At 12 its hard to understand just how much attitude affects the way you look and they way other people treat you. Its such a sensitive age, just talk with her and continue to encourage her. She may also think you are "just saying that" becuase you lover her no matter what. Get someone else who she admires to have a discreet chat with her or just to encourage her in general. When I was twelve, the more developed girls were envied so they may be jealous. Make sure she eats right and takes good care of herself.
Also, tell her that God gives everyone a cross, some are obvious and some are not, and you don't always know what someone else's cross is. So recognize your own cross as a sign that God loves you and is testing you to endure till the end with an "I can do" attitude, and don't worry about the insecure kids who tease. Good luck.

Yes I think she is big, but deffinitally not fat. That is fine, too many girls these days think they have to be 5'9 and 90 pounds. There is nothing wrong with your daughter. Before I had my daughter I was 172 pounds and I am 5'4 and I wore a sizes 11-13, and I looked very good. Different people carry weight in different ways. People also have different body types. I am very small boned so I carry weight alot better than most. The thing you need to do is make sure that your daughter feels good about herself. If she does not ask her what she wants to do to change it, diet, exersize, etc. If she feels good about herself then leave her be. About the remarks she is getting, tell her too make them right back. I dont care if it is the best looking girl or boy in the school doing it they have imperfections too!!!!! Dont let her do nothing about it it will just eat at her inside. I was 250 pounds in high school, and was teezed once in a while. I wish I would have told those few people where to shove it. Instead I turned to drugs to feel better about myself and loose the weight. I became addicted to meth, and almost lost my life. Dont let your daughter go down the wrong path, you have to support her let her know that she is perfect in her own way. Do things to make her feel good, shopping, do her nails, have her hair done!
Hope this helped

The remarks are not justified. I am 5 foot 9 and a size 14. I am not what you could call slight but far from fat too. Ask her how she feel's about her size, Tell her to stand up for herself, to just one of the bullies, she may see that her TALL stature will come in very very handy

Her target weight for her height is 135 lbs, if she is more than this then maybe changing her diet is in order. Though I do not know much about her, I do know how cruel others can be to people, especially from what females say about of other females, but most of the time it is jealousy. So the child may have a few extra pounds, but she has a heart of gold, the horrible part, because of her attributes, jealousy rears it ugly head and the things that are said are meant to break ones confidence and self-esteem so that the person who is saying these things can compensate for their own insecurities.

HELL NO! she isn't fat by any means.
its just jealousy that she prob look older than her friends, how ever i would mention this to the school in a phone call and she must report any nasty stuff to the teachers so if anything does happen every one is aware and it can be dealt with properly
Tell her she is beautiful and her body shape is changing into that of a woman and that her body will change many times over the years.
Kids are so cruel theses days but size 0 is not nice

For the makeup, why'd you p.c. your daughter to hide her face with man made hues? Gosh, troll. that's high-quality, if she does not p.c. to positioned on makeup. it is way too youthful. As for the no longer shaving and showering, tell her that she smells. Be frank. She'll probable think of that her classmates think of the comparable difficulty, and start up being wakeful approximately physique scent. For the twiddling with Pokemon and a doll homestead, she'd recover from it.

since your daughter is 5ft7 I think she probably wears the size she should. She is tall and if she wore any smaller of a size I would think that she wasn't of a healthy weight.Kids can be cruel to other kids,No matter what kids will find something to pick on them about. You just have to reassure her that she is beautiful and that other kids are just mean.If she is not happy with her size I would just suggest maybe she exercise not diet.and that should help her a lot.

Size 14 girls or womans?
All I can compare her to is my 12 year old...who is only 5'2" right now and wears a Girls 14 slim in pants and an adult small on top. She is thin though.
Honestly, a size 14 woman is not a small person.
