technically all crustaceans are more or less insects of the ocean, but the lobster is much cleaner because he bathes on a regular basis.

NO, the lobster is a completely different species. The confusion comes from the fact that they are both scavengers and have been know to eat anything they can find in their environment. Hence the phrase "lobsters are the cockroach of the sea"

Lobsters are yummy and cockroaches are well disgusting (assuming of course, because I would never eat that stuff). I would say they are not even close to being the same.

Not sure about the cockroach thing, but I had a nice one at a really nice restaurant for my dad's birthday back in December...was the best one i'd ever had. Much better than Red Lobster!! Yum-O! And i'm still not dead yet! =)

No, they're not a kind of cockroach. They are often compared to cockroaches because they are both bottom scavengers and they both have exoskeletons. They're plenty healthy to eat as long as they are cooked properly.

Who says cockroaches are not healthy to eat?? I've been in survival situations where cockroaches were part of the diet. If you didn't eat them, you starved. I gained weight!! Yuuummmm!!

Lobsters, like prawns, tread water outside sewage outlet pipes with their mouths open. I don't trust them personally.

Although i'm not sure how many calories are in lobister i would assume it is healthy because its only shell fish plus you had it with not butter
